Clearing an overgrown path of it’s old growth is always an arduous task, clearing two is a chore no one wishes to undertake, but brambles from an abandoned path will trip you up out of spite. Remaining vigilant is essential in a town like New Morceau, because the graveyards overflow with the careless, and the dead are the best fertilizer.   The witching hour always comes, and those who fail to watch the clock can only brace themselves and pray. In service of this truth, the little ones all seek power, to become the proverbial big fish in a hundred small ponds. Streets of New Morceau Episode 5 - Nothing Gained

The first thing humanity ever invented was the monster, the second thing was the wherewithal to worship them as gods, the third thing was pretending the wall between god and monster wasn’t razor thin. Humanity is always so sure their protectors won’t turn on them while beseeching them to destroy their foes. A cynic would call humanity the real monster but a cynic has never seen what truly waits in the deepest shadow. Featuring  Tori H. ,  Taylor J. ,  Rose W. , and  Erika P. Produced by   Tori H . Despite popular opinion one great man can’t change history on his own. What is the measure of a human. Is it what they stand for? Is it how they live? Is it how they think? Is it an unbroken line of history from their birth to the present? The only measure one can make is against oneself, and hope one doesn’t come up wanting. Hosted by  Sarah M. Featuring  Tori H. ,  Taylor J. ,  Rose W. ,  Erika P. , and  Jason S. The Wheel and the Way Intermission 5 - The Flower That Blooms in Winter

An excerpt from the journal of Vgeral, third regent of Kor en Atesh. We were fools for having hope, fools for expecting a future. The first daughter of our blood relit old flames in our hearts, but monsters are ever called monsters for reasons beyond themselves. No one has ever been kind to those they didn’t understand, and most are crueler still to those who don’t want to be understood. This place, though, it was our home, and tears flowed freely when it was taken from us. Flames rise from those ashes, though. There are always monsters in the dark. Hosted by  Sarah M. Featuring  Taylor J. Produced by  Taylor J. Title song is  Better Way by Kai Engel Epilogue song is  Morbid Imagination by Kai Engel

The Wheel and the Way Intermission 4 - The Blossoming Days

Journal of Vgeral, third regent of the city of the lost and damned (excerpt.) The name of our city is a harsh one for a home, but no less accurate for it. Those like us, deprived of home and culture and personhood find a place to be here. This would seem a small comfort to most, but for we outcasts, we monsters, it’s like water to a dying man. As we came together, through the conflict and suffering we’ve begun to forge a place that truly belongs to us, a place which has painfully seldom existed, as far back as our histories allow. This is a chance for a new start, a future all our own, and for that we all give thanks, even in hardship. Hosted by  Sarah M. Featuring  Taylor J. Produced by  Taylor J. Title song is  Better Way by Kai Engel Epilogue song is  A Garden and a Library by Gillicuddy

Title song is  Better Way by Kai Engel Ending song is  Running Waters by Jason Shaw
