There is but one indisputable truth that all who roam the streets of New Morceau know;At any point, your life can be changed or even ended on the whims of those more powerful than you.
In service of this truth, the little ones all seek power, to become the proverbial big fish in a hundred small ponds.
But, the biggest fish are the most appetizing, and there’s no better celebration in a coastal town than a fish fry.
